The Crystal Method Post

True enough the DJ set by The Crystal Method was canceled and I was really disapointed because I've been waitting for this day to come for almost 5 years! I was geared up with my trusty CD marker (which didn't work) and all 3 TCM albums. I was feeling all excited when I was on the way to Cris's house and I got a sms from Cheng Leong saying that TCM is CANCELED! I didn't want to believe it cause the only source that I could trust when shit happens is from Faith. In the end Cris called me and told me not to go over to his place cause Faith had already called him. ARGGGHHHHHHH!! I WAS PISSED OFF and wanted to kill Ben because of his "sui hau" (hehe joking ler Ben). I arrived at Cris's place and the dispaointed feeling just kicked in. Shortly after that Faith called me and told me that they will be having a "meet the fans" session at 12am! Woohoo! I jumped with joy because at least there's some good news to get me going again. At the end of the day, things weren't that bad and it got me thinking whether I would be lucky enough to get all the pictures below done if they were performing. :D


"Got the chance to talk to Scott awhile outside Atmosphere when he was waitting for his ride back to the hotel. He himself was upset cause he traveled all the way here to find out the last minute bad news. Scott told me if everything goes well they might be coming back next week :D. This dude came up to me and asked if he could borrow my Legion of the Boom CD to be played in Atmos and I passed it to him. So on that night, it was my first time listening to that album on a really really expensive system! LOL! :D"

After everything, we headed down to Alor for Beef Noodle! Haven't had that shit for a long long time. To all TCM fans out there!!! TCM ROCKS YO!!! WOOHOOOO!!!! :P Damn happy sial! I finnaly got a chance to meet them. :D

I'M OFF TO ATMOS FOR "THE CRYSTAL METHOD"!!!!

I'm not supposed to blog from work. But today it is pretty quiet. It has been for the past 2 weeks. Boss is only flying back from HK tomorrow. And we are going to have a birthday celebration tomorrow, its going to be my collegues 21st b'day. He's so cute. When i get back home, i shall post up his pictures.

Anyway, this update is just to say HIIIII !!! hehe

Quick blog before I meet up with the guys in uptown. Mel's back! Wooohooo! and I got my TCM - Legion of the BOOM CD! DOUBLE WOOOHOOO! TCM WILL BE COMING DOWN IN 6 MORE DAYS! TRIPPLE WOOOOHOOOO! Attempts on drawing the 2D version of Nikki didn't turn out the way I wanted it too be cause it didn't look like her at all! BOOOHOOOO!...



Oh well.... till then... chowsers and take care all!

Another night has passed. I just sent my best friend, Jenette off last night. She was in London as a tourist to visit me for 8 days. Its going to be a while until I see her again. Time spent with her was greatly memorable. I'm going to miss her and the time spending with her. I've known her for 10 years. We have been best friends for 10 years. In just a wink of an eye, we both are already working. We both have our jobs and our lives. Just that I miss spending time with her. Having the fun and crazy nights out.

While she was in London, I could not spend a lot of time with her as I was working. The worst bit was, I did not even have the time to get her, her 21st birthday present. I could only spend the weekends and nights with her. I brought her around London and also thanks to another friend of mine, Ashley, she brought Jenette around London as well. To make things up to her, I brought her out for a birthday dinner.

We went to Belgo Centraal, located in Covent Garden. That place is famous for its mussles. I've been to another branch but not this main branch. The wait was long. I was terribly upset and annoyed with them as I wanted to make the dinner a good one. They made us wait for 40 minutes - 1 hour when they promised us 20 minutes. I kind of told them off. At last we got our seats and got down ordering.

The waiter that served us was a kind dude. He was cool. To make it up to us, they gave us 10 shots on the house. There was baileys, screwdriver, wine, champagne and all sorts. The best part was they served fruit beers. I had a strawberry beer, Jenette had a Passion beer and Ashley had a Mango beer. The dinner was fantastic besides the wait. We throughly enjoyed ourselves.

I'm looking forward to go to Belgo again, however this time... I'll book reservations.

Friday night... where everyone is out dating, drinking, mamaking, lepaking, etc... I'm at home sitting my big piece of cushioned lard on a piece of butt cheek aching plastic chair staring infront of a color filled box having ray guns blasting high speeds of colorful light into my sensitive yet high powered pair of eyes. Having to sit here for almost 3 hours since 10pm, I decided to draw this particular image of me in 2d!.... Wooohooo!

Its been a while since I blogged. The site is becoming pretty quiet. Maybe its due to exams and other stuff. I was away, well I was actually working. I got a job in this company called Zentron Technology Limited. Working hours are from 9 am - 6 pm. I travel 3 hours a day to and fro from work. It is tiring but I don't mind as I like my job. The environment is nice and everyone in the office is nice.

A special shoutout to splatspit. Thank you for giving me the recipe for making chicken rice. I made it today and it was a success. Unfortunately I stimed my chicken too long. Therefore it got a little too dry. However, it was good. Last night, I had Spagetthi Carbonara. I might make white sauce mussels this weekend, that is if i can get mussels.

Don't know how much it is back home or australia. Haih, one day pay gone down the drain. Well, can't blame me.. I'm sick. I caught the flu and cough. Its bad. Well, I'm heading to rest.
