Unemployed...
It's been four days since I left my company and it has been great. I've got enough rest for myself, I've not been having many things on my back, my burden has eased up a lot, no more unpredictable headaches that I've been suffering from. *chill-ness and two thumbs up*
So what have I been up too? Pretty much chilling and planning stuff for myself.
Sunday, 21st June: Random Seafood Dinner
Located somewhere in Klang (not sure where), a friend just drove me there and couldn't really remember the drive there due to some intoxicated reason.
The path that lead us into the place of.... food. If you have that same "What the?" look, well, being there was just... weird. Felt like i was going to some black market seafood restaurant. o_O.
Not so dodgy after all huh? The sign of relief! Guess I won't be seeing much weird stuff on my plate... *imagination*... two head catfish, crab and prwan hybrid, talking squids....*end of imagination*

The feast... 1 kg of Kam Heong Crabs, Butter Prawns, Steam La-la, and Claypot Taufu. Not the best pic taken due to the same intoxicated reason. Probably the took me the longest time to peel crabs too -_-
The aftermath and our dessert... well... sort off. It just hit us that we did not have Fried Sotong. I mean seriously lor... no fried sotong in a seafood restaurant. Where can?????? Had two plates though :)
Bill came pretty alright, it was only RM91 for what we had. We were stuffed. Sat down to chill while sipping on our tea. Simple yet satisfying indeed.
Wednesday, 24 June: splatspit has left the building!
Trying very hard to give my water tumbler away while I was packing up my desk. Come on, I won't be using it anytime soon. Thought someone could just inherit it. Not gross what? Probably saliva stains and some funky smell... can wash mar!
Dinner with the original team before it expanded. Taken at Fish & Co. 1Utama. Told Karen that it was better than Manhattan Fish Market. I still find the food better, it was juicier and less dry compared to MFM. Having a someone using a blow torch thingy on my Seafood Platter in MFM.... I'm like.... is that actually safe to consume? o_O I admit it was kinda nice in a way seeing fire being shot at my food but... seriously the slight smell of gas after that kinda put me off.
Saturday, 27 June : Jame's Wedding & Karen's Gathering
Congratulations to Chee Yeow! I still find it weird having to use James since I knew you as Chee Yeow. High school names are meant to stay with high school friends! All the best to you and your wife. I foresee a music kid when you start a family.
Had to leave before the dessert cause there was another gathering going on. My dear adopted sister who's my ex-colleague decided to throw me a pre-birthday party as well. Felt kinda bad since I was actually... er... late cause of the wedding. Anyhow, THANK YOU! :)

I'm finally done with this post. I've got loads of pictures that are not even here. Since I've got a camera I bought earlier this month (thanks to the late uncle lim's casino). I'm gonna make a point to take more photos... wooohooo! Hmmm... something is tempting me to get a iPod Nano as well. I'm gonna be a year older tomorrow as well. NOT COOL! At least it has been a very eventful week for me...
